Quenton Nelson, an offensive lineman for the Indianapolis Colts, partnered with the V Foundation to raise funds for cancer research. The annual event was comprised of a celebrity softball game at Victory Field and fundraiser dinner.
Components: Signage, window and door decals, digital displays, print collateral, email
Dinner attendees were greeted with a 10 by 22 foot window display consisting of 8 vinyl decals that fit within each window pane.
Interesting fact: The photos that were provided of Quenton were small, low resolution files. I had to do some creative problem solving in Photoshop in order to make them work. The abstract background is the fans at one of his games, blurred in Photoshop.
Invitation
Digital sell sheets and sponsorship grids were used to secure partnerships and raise awareness.
Digital signage can be seen at the celebrity softball game at Victory Field in Indianapolis. Many of the Colts players participated in the game and wore branded jerseys.
Auction catalog
Nearly every surface — window displays, entrance doors, elevators, display monitors — was branded with decals and signage.
