The tagline "Giving Back and Looking Forward Since 1918" was the inspiration behind the development of this complex campaign. Modern photos taken on cell phones were photoshopped into historical photos to visually show that United Way was there then and they're still here now. The United Way marketing team partnered with the Rochester Public Library to gather historical articles and photos that eventually became the foundation for a permanent timeline installation at the United Way building. An abridged version was used for a commemorative book, marketing materials, and the website.
